Return Policy




- All sales are not subject to a refund. In most cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.

- Any unauthorized return box is unacceptable and it will be treated as same as unauthorized COD return.

- If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.

- All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.

- If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.

- 25% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.

- $35.00 charge for any returned checks.

- It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.

- No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for closed out, onsale and special orders.)

- Claims for any damage must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise and also, the claim will require a photos of damaged or defective item to be submitted within the time stated above prior to received a return authorization number from ShopWTD.

- All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

- Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees.

- Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

FAQ

  • Do I need to obtain an RMA number before processing the return?
  • Yes,  a valid RMA (Return Authorization Number) is required for items to be returned. Any unauthorized return box is unacceptable and it will be treated as an unauthorized COD return. Any authorized return box will be refused by our shipping & receiving department.

  • Final Sale Items:
  • All items ending including bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories, and Special/Party Wear (such as Halloween costumes) are considered Final Sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for Store Credit.

  • What do I do if I receive a damaged/defective item(s)? 

  • Claims for any damage must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise and also, the claim will require a photos of damaged or defective item to be submitted within the time stated above prior to received a return authorization number from ShopWTD.

  • Prepaid Return Labels:
  • With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

  • Online Return Policy?
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.All returns must include an order packing slip and RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing. When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

    We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
    An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
    An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
    Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
    Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

  • HOW TO OBTAIN A RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER:

    Step 1. Send the image of the defective piece(s) to info@goshopwtd.com
    Step 2: Please provide us with your order number, company name, style# of the defective item and the quantity of the defective pieces.
    Step 3: Wait for your RMA number.

    * If you have more than 3 pieces of a defective item in the same style and color, you will be sent a UPS return label to return the damaged pieces. (Credit will be issued upon arrival)

    * If you have less than 3 pieces of a defective item in the same style and color, you will have to follow steps 1 - 3.

    By doing so, we will do our best to assist you promptly after inspecting the photos or any returned items.
